What data we collect & why?
As a business we will collect data before, during and after you book and use any of our services. Typical details will include:
– Names, Addresses and Contact Information of the person(s) booking our services.
– Names, Addresses and Contact Information of the person(s) using our services.
– Relevant details that need to be collected in order to assist us with the booking/service we are providing.
If you email us or contact us through our social media platforms, this communication will be stored within our email system or social media accounts. These messages are stored for as long as practicable. This is to allow us to provide you with better services now and going forward.
How is our data collected?
Most of our data is collected directly from our clients, AKA you. Circumstances include you filling out an online form on our website or social media, talking to us in person or over the telephone. Finally another example is sending us messages on e-mail or on our social media accounts.
Most of the data we collect we only use to provide the services you have requested, or have had ordered for you through a close relative or partner.
All other circumstances of us using this data are for the sole purpose of helping us to provide improved customer service.
By the letter of the law, we are required to collect and store certain information relating to any bookings/services we provide.

We do not and will not sell your data/information to any third party organisations. There are limited and particular circumstances where your data may need to be shared with third party organisations, examples of this include and are not limited to:

– Law Enforcement and Legal Requirements – we will provide data to law enforcement agencies if issued with a court order to do so.
How long do we keep your data?
Most data we collect is retained indefinitely. This is to ensure a better service experience should you get in touch for future/repeat business.
If you leave a message on any of our business online platforms (website/social media), the message and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and follow-up automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
We also have a legal requirement to store some data for a minimum amount of time. Examples of this include and are not limited to sale order records, payment records etc.
What legal rights you have over your personal data.
You are obligated to request a copy of any data we, as a business, store about you. We will comply with any requests as per the guidance of the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you have a left any information on any of our online platforms, you are entitled to request to receive record of the personal data we hold about you. You can also send a written request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
